TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF Cowboys Casino Poker Room

DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, "Wer" or "we" refers to the entity operating Wer Casino Poker Room, including its owners, managers, employees, agents, and representatives.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering the Wer Casino Poker Room premises, participating in gaming activities, or utilizing any services provided by Wer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as they may be amended from time to time.
AGE RESTRICTIONS

Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 (or such higher minimum age required under applicable law) are permitted to participate in gaming activities at Wer.
Individuals appearing to be intoxicated or under the influence of any substance shall not be allowed to participate in gaming activities.

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY
You acknowledge that your participation in gaming activities is voluntary and may result in financial loss. You agree to gamble responsibly, set budgets, and limit losses.
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTS

Wer reserves the right to request and verify identification (such as government-issued ID) from any player prior to allowing them to participate in gaming activities.

MEMBERSHIP AND LOYALTY PROGRAMS

Wer uses gaming equipment that is tested and certified by recognized third-party testing agencies (such as eCOGRA, iTech Labs) prior to installation.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of Alberta, Canada.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration (Rules) administered by the Canadian Dispute Resolution Centre for Consumers.

Wer may amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY
By participating in gaming activities or utilizing services provided by Wer, you acknowledge that your actions will be governed by applicable laws and regulations of Alberta, Canada.
BINDING EFFECT
These Terms and Conditions are binding upon you as well as any heirs, successors, or assigns to the agreement entered into with Wer Casino Poker Room.
WHOLE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between the parties regarding the use of services provided by Wer.
Any prior agreements, whether oral or written, related to the subject matter are superseded by these Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LANGUAGE
The governing language of this Agreement is English, which prevails over any other translation into any other language.
HEADINGS

For reference only, headings have been included in these Terms and Conditions; however, such headings do not affect the meaning or interpretation of the agreement contained herein.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering Wer Casino Poker Room premises or participating in gaming activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
